Enrigo Italian Bistro To Host Romantic Four-Course Italian Valentine's Day Dinner

Gabriele Davanzante, owner of Enrigo Italian Bistro (http://www.dineenrigo.com), an authentic Italian restaurant known for its slow-cooked and robust, made from scratch food, has announced that the restaurant will celebrate Valentine's Day with a romantic four-course dinner on Thursday, Feb. 14. The authentic Italian menu features a variety of love-inspired dishes paired with wines from Italy and California. The dinner will cost $41.99 a person and include an antipasti (appetizer), primi (first course), secondi (second course) and dolci (dessert).

Antipasti:
Carpaccio di Salmone
Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon topped with Red Onions & Capers

Primi:
Linguine alle Rose
Linguine in a sauce made from Rose Petals, Ham, Shallots, Prosecco & a touch of Cream

Secondi:
Gamberoni al Brandy con Broccoli Piccante
Jumbo Shrimp sauteed in Brandy, served with spicy Broccoli

Dolci:
Tortino di Cioccolato Piccante
Mini chocolate cake topped with spicy chili flakes
